This Page is designed to give you basic answers about how long it will take to get an order processed.

Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST will normally ship the same day.

Boca Thermal Printers:

All Boca printers are built to order.  Normal manufacturing time is 15 - 20 Business Days, after we submit the order to production.

All printers will ship by UPS Ground, unless other arrangements are made at the time the order is placed.

Shipments of Off-the-shelf Thermal Ticket Stock & envelopes

We normally ship orders they day are received via UPS Ground unless NEXT Day or SECOND day is required.

Custom Thermal Stock:
This is a multi step process that normally takes 4 - 6 weeks for an initial order to be placed, manufactured, shipped, and received.

1. You need to provide final camera ready artwork, prior to getting a solid quote.

2. Our print shop will generate a PDF proof which we will send you for approval.

3. Once the PDF proof is approved, a Press Proof will be generated and sent to you for final approval of colors, placement, and context.

4. Once we receive a signature on the press proof, your job will be placed in the queue to be printed.

5. After printing your order will be shipped via UPS Ground, from our print facility in Florida. (depending on location this is between 2 and 6 business days)

Exact Reorders of Thermal Stock:

1. Exact reorders of a previously placed order will normally ship in 10 - 15 business days after receipt of order.

2. Any Changes - will cause this job to be treated a new order, and steps 1-5 above will be followed.
